William Sayer established the company in 1975. A local bricklayer trained by Wiggins builders, he has 10 years site experience.

There followed a natural progression into extensions and home improvements.

In 1990, Garden Design and Construction was formed to provide a full landscaping service. Garden Design and Construction offer planning and garden layout services.

Leigh Contracts now employ a full time painter and decorator to meet the growing needs of our expanding customer base.
